My Story
Hi I’m Elaine Jackson, LCPC- and here’s how I came to do this work.
My path to becoming a therapist began with seeking support myself. That experience opened the door for me to better understand my own challenges and start moving towards change. I learned how powerful it can be to have someone walk alongside you through difficult moments, and I knew I wanted to offer that support to others.

I am a licensed therapist with over 9 years of experience helping clients feel more grounded and empowered in their everyday lives. I’ve worked in outpatient clinics, community mental health and private practice supporting clients from a range of backgrounds and life experiences.
My work often focuses on helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I specialize in attachment and relational dynamics, trauma, and ADHD, and I support clients in managing mood disorders, building emotional resilience, and healing from past experiences.

How I Work
-
While I work with a wide range of concerns, my approach always begins with understanding. I believe meaningful lasting change is possible, and it starts with awareness.
My style is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I take the time to understand what you’ve been struggling with, how it’s impacting your life, and what you want to feel different.
Together we’ll create a safe space where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface. That might look like sorting through difficult thoughts, making sense of past experiences, gaining new insight, or developing practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and the challenges of everyday life.
You don’t have to have it all figured out in order to start therapy. My role is to support you in finding the strategies and perspectives that help you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and balance.
